I would like to introduce you a new profitable technology of making multi-colored
long-piled carpets (oriental rugs) by means of THE KNOT-CREATING CANAL WITH CHANGEABLE TOPOLOGY
( Ukrainian patent 30994A ) , which allows to knit Persian , Turkish , Caucasian ,
Spanish , Turkmen , etc. carpets hudred times faster than by handwork , obtaining much better
quality . This is the opportunity to start a new business - producing the piled carpet
which reproduces your client's picture or photograph within several days for the price
which is much less than that of ordinary hand-made carpets .
If you should get interested in the technology , I can apply the package of technical
solutions and author's services in the construction of the carpet-knitting machine , which
is able to knit long-piled carpets with the speed of 30 linear centimeters per hour , with
arbitrary pile length of 19 different colours and with the density of 2 knots per square
millimeter . The quantity of colours can be considerably increased - 38, 57, 76, ... ( in
that case productivity is reduced respectively ) . The density of knitting can be increased
as well . At the same time there are ideas about further increase of the productivity and
profitability of this machine .
