However, with military actions only it will be very difficult to win, because you need ideological victory as well. So I kindly propose you the followin idea.

In case that during the terrorist act, commited by islam extremists, innocent moslem people were killed, then the terrorists, besides a doubtful feat, commited a mortal sin -- killed brothers in faith.

If this idea gets spread in the moslem world, the prestige of terrorists and kamikadze pilots will drop drastically and the leaders of extremist organizations will face difficulties when drafting assassins for new dreadful actions.

The fact that there were people who agreed to commit the barbarous suicidal attack against innocent people witnesses about the powerful ideological job done by anti-democratic forces. This is why the appropriate counter-propaganda should be opposed.

On the territory of the USA there dwell a lot of moslem people, including mullas and islam theologists. Now they claim they are not involved in the terrorist acts. So let them prove this -- let them prove, basing on Koran, the inadmissibility of mass terror. After they do, you can spread the proofs among the moslems. Of course, this will not stop the bandits, that only justify their actions with the ideas of islam, but will seriuosly limit their methods of conducting the war.
